View. Sonic is seeking an HR Generalist to execute both recruitment and core employee relations functions at our Southern California offices (Brea & Chino). This role balances standard full-cycle recruitment responsibilities with employee relations ownership, serving as a primary point of contact for staff inquiries, policy guidance and enforcement, and workplace culture initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, objective judgment, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive personnel matters.
