Security Officer

Retail Security Guard (Full-Time) LOCATION: Eastland Mall – Evansville, IN PAY: $15.45/hour POSITION TYPE: Full-Time OVERVIEW: We are hiring a Retail Security Guard to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers, employees, and vendors. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.

Support loss prevention and recommend safety improvements Customer Service Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner Provide directions and support as needed Maintain a visible, approachable presence on-site QUALIFICATIONS: Required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to stay alert and respond calmly in emergency situations Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions Ability to write clear and accurate reports Must present a professional appearance and demeanor Drivers license is required Preferred Prior security or customer-facing experience Familiarity with CCTV, alarms, or access control systems Skills & Attributes High level of attentiveness and situational awareness Dependable and team-oriented Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency Work Expectations Arrive on time in full uniform and ready to work Stay engaged and proactive throughout your shift Follow all safety, training, and compliance requirements ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Duties may vary based on site needs.
