Be our next Mechanical Designer/Engineer Your work environment at EXP In this role, you will be a part of the Mechanical team , for Hospitality, Entertainment and Healthcare HVAC Design projects in the Orlando, Florida office.

What a day at EXP has in store for you Perform hands-on CAD using AutoCAD MEP and/or Revit platforms Perform heating and cooling load calculations with industry software (Trace, Energy Pro, DOE) Select and schedule equipment with oversight by senior staff Layout air and water side systems on working drawings Understand fan and pump curves to properly select equipment for application Communicate with equipment vendors to determine requirements for applying products Perform field verification and take-offs of existing systems for renovation projects Coordinate with other disciplines (mep, fp, arch, struct, etc) for HVAC details Maintain the Engineering Calculation Book for projects Understand work planning and manage design process to the available hours in work plan Understand both constant and variable flow systems, and properly apply equipment What your experience looks like 3+ years in designing HVAC systems for Hospitality, Entertainment and Healthcare projects.

An Engineering Bachelor’s degree specializing in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering REVIT MEP Experience Good Written and verbal communication EIT Certification is desired.
