Tasks & Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day quality inspection activities across the manufacturing process. Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of products as per quality standards.

Use measuring instruments such as Micrometres, Vernier Callipers, Height Gauges, and Dial Gauges for dimensional inspection. Record inspection results and maintain quality-related documents and reports. Support the Quality team in identifying and resolving product and process quality issues. Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, and safety standards.

Participate in continuous improvement, 5S, and quality enhancement activities. Coordinate with Production and other departments to address quality concerns. Learn and adapt to quality systems, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes. Work in shifts as per business and operational requirements. Profile & Requirements B.

E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Freshers preferred with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the Quality function. Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes. Ability to use quality measuring instruments such as Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, etc.

Quick learner with a positive attitude and adaptability to new processes. Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of cutting tool manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
