Project Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing all aspects of project finance Handle all post contract quantity surveying duties for the projects Compile and update commercial accounts and records Monitor the progress of related programmes Provide recommendations on how to resolve issues with sub-contractors and suppliers Assist in maintaining positive cash flow for the projects Perform any duties as assigned by the management of Build King Group Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines At least 7 years' relevant experience Experience in re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractors' accounts MRICS or HKIS professional qualification will be added advantage Practical experience in NEC Contract will be an advantage Strong negotiation and communication skills Fluent English and excellent writing skills
