The role involves analyzing customer behavior to identify upselling opportunities and reduce cancellations, designing dashboards and visualizations to monitor KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data infrastructure. You will provide strategic, data-driven recommendations that optimize customer lifecycle and improve campaign performance.

Job Description Conduct in-depth customer data analysis to identify upselling and cancellation patterns , as well as customer usage behaviors based on segments. Identify customer segments with high potential for upselling and cancellation to support targeted marketing campaigns. Develop and present intuitive data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to teams.

Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs related to customer lifecycle and campaign performance . Collaborate with Business and Data Teams (DA, DS, DE) to enhance data infrastructure for advanced analytics.
