HOA and Municipal Compliance Specialist
Job description
The HOA and Municipal Compliance Specialist will ensure that FirstKey Homes rental properties in all markets comply with local homeowners’ associations. They will track, monitor and update records to ensure applications are completed, fees are paid, and properties comply with covenants. Review and document covenants, conditions and restrictions for HOA requirements and fees.
Coordinate with local HOAs to obtain association information and updated invoices. Assist with filling out HOA registration and license applications.
