Patient Care Extender | Urgent Care Plaza

Join our Centra. Care team as a Patient Care Extender! You'll work with a team of amazing healthcare professionals every day. You'll join them to listen, then serve, guide, and heal. At Urgent Care Plaza, the PCE will work in a fast-paced environment, and will be responsible for assisting licensed medical staff in the quality treatment of patients and functions as a vital team member in providing patient/family centered care through tasks including wound irrigation, cleaning/dressing applications, crutch sizing, performing blood draws, EKGs, cleaning and stocking treatment rooms, documenting patient activity, and more.

Schedule: Part-Time | 36 hours every 2 weeks 12-hour shifts from 7am-7:30pm and 9am-9:30pm Variable days Every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays Pay and Benefits: Pay starting at $20.72 per hour and up based on experience.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED. Good communication and interpersonal skills Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required; can be obtained internally upon hire Centra.
