As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Executive to join our team in North Africa.

Your role

Researches and analyses the market to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape. Manages and coordinates business development activities across the region. Travels to various North Africa markets to lead events. Supports and trains other staff at HFM’s offices. Builds and maintains strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person.

Develops and execute business development plans to achieve company goals, which can include market entry strategies, sales campaigns, and partnership initiatives. Collaborates with internal teams to implement and execute business strategies. Negotiates and finalizes agreements with affiliates and partners.

Requirements

Proven industry experience in business development and sales. Willingness to travel extensively across North African countries. Sales-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Familiarity with online Trading or Financial Markets. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills.

Fluency in English. A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
