You’ll bring: current residential or commercial building consent processing competency a Regulation 18 qualification under the Building Regulations experience assessing building consent applications, plans, and supporting documentation strong knowledge of the Building Act, Building Code, and related regulations sound technical judgement and a practical, customer-focused approach confidence working independently and communicating clearly with customers, designers, and industry professionals Tō Tātou Kaunihera | About Tauranga City Council Tauranga is one of New Zealand’s fastest growing cities, with a wide range of residential and commercial projects planned and underway.
