Skilled Production Operative

About The Role

As a Skilled Operative in the Pre-Bake Department, you will help prepare pies before they are baked. You will operate equipment, move trays and racks, and carry out checks to make sure products meet the right quality and food safety standards. You will also support the team to keep production running safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

Prepare pies for the baking process Set up and operate production equipment safely Check pies for quality, weight, and appearance Make sure products are ready for the next stage of production Follow recipes, work instructions, and set processes Complete production checks and records clearly and accurately Work with the team to keep production running on time Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety rules About You We believe success comes from collaboration and diverse perspectives.
