AI Product Manager

We're seeking a product leader to manage a portfolio that includes AI-enabled offerings and take ownership of how our Product Management group implements AI — covering strategy, standards, investment decisions, governance, and capability growth. You'll lead and develop a team of Product Managers, hold full ownership of product strategy and P&L across the portfolio, and strengthen the organization's product-AI proficiency Responsibilities Direct and build up a team of Product Managers managing a portfolio containing AI-powered products, while fully owning strategy, vision, and P&L across the portfolio Build an AI-informed product strategy that identifies competitive edges against commoditization and arranges roadmaps in line with technological progress Lead build, buy, and partnership investment choices for AI capabilities, manage business cases and ROI measurements, and oversee experimentation funding Oversee AI feature economics and lifecycle activities, including cost tracking, latency enhancement, pricing strategies, and vendor or model drift determinations Create organizational standards, operating models, and review gates for AI feature development to maintain steady quality and responsibility Manage responsible AI governance practices covering data privacy, algorithmic bias, security, transparency, human oversight, and regulatory compliance Strengthen the team's AI capabilities through dedicated coaching, shared playbooks, prompt and agent libraries, and strict hiring criteria Support smooth cross-functional cooperation across engineering, data science, design, and machine learning teams while keeping product accountability intact Act as the organization's representative on AI product strategy and roadmap matters when working with senior clients and stakeholders Requirements A minimum of 7 years of relevant Product Management experience with proven success managing product lines and leading PM or PO teams Track record of launching 3 or more products successfully, including advanced AI-driven features Clear ownership history of complete product vision, strategic roadmaps, portfolio alignment, and P&L management Capability in financial modeling and portfolio analysis for prioritizing budget allocation by ROI and evaluating AI business cases Extensive subject matter expertise spanning multiple business areas, with sharp awareness of technological disruption and market trends Practical AI literacy covering foundational concepts, capabilities, and boundaries to guide technical proposals and investment decisions Executive-level capability in shaping organizational strategy, communicating complex direction to senior stakeholders, and driving critical business KPIs Ability to build operational frameworks for AI application and elevate team performance through structured enablement and mentoring Strong command of AI-driven portfolio strategy, investment decisions, and roadmap sequencing Wide-ranging knowledge of responsible AI governance, including privacy, security, auditing, and regulatory standards like the EU AI Act Proficiency in managing AI feature economics, unit economics, infrastructure costs, and model lifecycle decisions Advanced ability to evaluate AI prototypes, technical proposals, and experimental initiatives Regular hands-on application of AI tools within daily workflows to stay adaptable as technology continues to develop Strong English communication skills at a C1 level or higher, ensuring effective collaboration across regions Nice to have Practical, hands-on experience with advanced AI prototyping and feature development for improved technical feasibility assessment Visible participation in external thought leadership through speaking engagements, published work, and professional community involvement Organizational experience setting up enterprise-scale AI governance and enablement programs
