Legal Operations Analyst

Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the legal team. Maintain, organize, and update databases, trackers, and records relating to legal documents and matters. Manage document-related tasks, including filing, scanning, photocopying, printing, formatting, compiling, and organizing large volumes of documents.

Prepare standard correspondence and assist with document formatting, collation, and compilation. Support the execution, tracking, filing, and retrieval of legal documents. Process invoices and assist with administrative aspects of legal matter management. Coordinate with internal departments and external parties where required.

Use technology, including Microsoft Office, document management tools, databases, and AI-enabled tools, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow consistency. Support process improvement initiatives for administrative and document management workflows. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Open to using AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve efficiency, formatting, organization, and administrative processes. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and jurisdictions.
