• Coach and develop Shift Managers and Team Members, creating a culture that embodies Mas Heart, Mas Value, and Mas Flavour ● Drive memorable experiences
• Partner with the RGM to ensure every customer interaction reflects our QXR commitment ● Own operational excellence
• Support the management of daily operations, food quality, safety, and compliance ● Grow the business
• Help drive sales growth and profit through strong team performance and operational focus ● Lead by example

• You have experience coaching and developing team members; you build strong relationships and create belonging ● Proven leadership
• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in busy retail, hospitality, or customer service ● Business mindset
• Understanding of P&L, sales performance, and operational standards ● Hunger to grow
