Asset Management Analyst

Nex. Core Group is searching for a candidate to fill the position of Analyst within our growing Asset Management team. The Analyst will support the financial oversight of our operating properties and developments, with a focus on budget and financial statement review, cash flow forecasting, debt covenant monitoring, and reporting to capital partners and the Nex.

Core senior leadership team. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with an analytical mind, strong Excel skills, and a strong work ethic who is seeking a career-building opportunity with exposure to nearly all aspects of an established, vertically integrated real estate company that develops, owns and manages its properties, from ground-up development through stabilized operations.
