FLSA Status: Exempt Created: 9/20/19 Safety Sensitive: No. Last Revised: DEFINITION: Edgenuity Curriculum and Reporting. Performs a variety of task for the student Edgenuity Curriculum and Reporting. Work involves utilizing computer - driven file maintenance and data export and imports the student information system to develop and maintain records of student data related to school intervention and acceleration program.

Reports to HJH site Principal. DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Computer - driven file maintenance and data export and imports the student information system and keeping system updated throughout the school year. After school year report student related data to the appropriate administrators.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (KSAs are the attributes required to perform a job; generally demonstrated through qualifying experience, education, or training.) Knowledge of: Experience with Infinite Campus and Edgenuity Curriculum Program Skill to: Strong computer skills with considerable experience in MS Office (Excel) and data entry.

Exports data from Infinite Campus student database for use with Edgunity. Update and maintain the Edgunity database throughout the school year both in-house and hosted services. Work with other employees from other schools and department to integrate Edgenuity to meet HES and District student achievement goals. Understand and utilize student data reports available in Edgunity and train (work) with teachers to use data to drive student interventions and acceleration Ability to: Required to maintain and provide documentation to principals and administrators.

Required to maintain and provide documentation to Mineral County School District Grants Manager. Required Certifications and Licenses Required: High School Diploma Preferred: Some College Experience and Training: Infinite Campus and Edgenuity Curriculum Program Physical and Mental Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
