UI/UX designer

Open role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive UI/UX designer to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design. Proficiency in Figma. Solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and user-centered design. Understanding of responsive design and the specifics of web and mobile interfaces. Experience working with components and design systems. Ability to create logical and consistent user flows.

Understanding of basic accessibility and usability principles. Attention to detail and a strong visual sense. Ability to independently handle design tasks from initial brief to final solution. Ability to accept feedback and work effectively within a team. English

• Upper intermediate Will be plus: A basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development principles. Experience with AI-powered design tools (content generation, image generation, process optimization, etc.).

Responsibilities

Design UX/UI for web and mobile products. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Translate business and user requirements into clear design solutions. Work with design systems and maintain interface consistency. Create and maintain components, variants, styles, and auto-layout in Figma. Conduct basic UX analysis and research, and propose improvements to existing solutions.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and other team members. Present and justify design solutions. Incorporate feedback and rapidly iterate on designs. Prepare mockups and specifications for developer handoff.
