This role is responsible for sorting, testing, evaluating, and quality grading electronic devices to ensure they meet company standards. The candidate needs to be able to communicate effectively to team members, provide insight into the processes, have a high attention to detail and be self motivated and able to stay on task Skills, Competencies and Experience: Ability to use computers, tablets, mobile devices. Excellent organizational and time-management skills Demonstrates a high attention to detail and accuracy in performance. Dependable in attendance and job performance Motivated, team oriented individual Knowledge and use of consumer electronics (cell phones, tablets and laptops). Essential Job Functions:
• Read and follow process documentation
• Knowledge of the functionality of Cell Phones, Tablets and consumer electronics.
• Maintain daily production quotas and throughput goals.
• Interface with testing and clearing software and tools
• Ability to document findings and report finding to employees Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Education: 1 or more of the following: On the Job training in Quality Control or electronic device Triage and or inventory control and testing. Specific Experience: Similar industry experience inspecting or grading consumer electronics and troubleshooting experience.
