Role Description Cash Application Associate (m/f/x)

• Replacement Contract Position Purpose: This position will report to the O2C Team Lead and will support the execution of accounts receivable activities.

Responsibilities

Process incoming payments (wires, cheques, direct debit, RIBA, credit cards etc.) and outgoing payments related to customers’ refunds/ rebates. Clear & Reconcile customer accounts. Proactively manage unapplied/unallocated cash items in close collaboration with the Ensure robust compliance environment with SOX, internal controls, accounting policies and procedures.

Coordinate and support the preparation of periodic and adhoc reports for applicable areas as requested by management or applicable markets Assist Team Leader/ Manager to identify and implement process improvement initiatives and best practices. Support O2C/SAP tools implementation and testing process. Escalating all unsolved/unclear issues to the Team Leader.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the finance / O2C / accounts receivable field Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable.
