We count on you to… Ensure the commercial management of the asset, including contract negotiation and renewals, supporting tenants throughout their occupancy cycle, and monitoring contractual terms and conditions; Manage the asset’s financial performance through budget preparation and monitoring, revenue and cost analysis, and the identification of opportunities to improve profitability; Ensure the operational management of the commercial spaces, coordinating maintenance, cleaning and security services, as well as overseeing refurbishment and investment projects; Act as the main point of contact for tenants, providing the necessary support for their operations and ensuring the resolution of operational matters; Contribute to the asset’s value creation and strategic development by analysing performance indicators, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the commercialisation and acquisition of new tenants/operators.

So, bring with you… Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property Management or real estate asset management; Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; Financial knowledge and business analysis skills; Leadership and team management skills; Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills; Strong organisational and planning skills.
