About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you will ensure all assigned areas are clean, sanitary, and well-presented. Your work directly impacts our residents’ comfort and satisfaction, creating a homelike atmosphere where everyone feels valued. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow instructions while maintaining a high standard of safety and quality.

What You’ll Do Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, vents, and hard-to-reach areas Dispose of waste and replenish supplies in assigned areas Operate cleaning equipment safely (vacuums, floor polishers, etc.) Follow daily cleaning schedules and special requests accurately Report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors Work independently or as part of a team to maintain consistent standards Rotate with Housekeeping team doing the facility Laundry linens and resident personal clothing Required Qualifications Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.
