Team Support Specialist - Same Day Access

As a Team Support Specialist at Easterseals MORC, you will warmly welcome individuals and families and help them take their first steps toward care and support. In this fast-paced, team-focused role, you will connect people with the right resources, manage calls and communications, and guide individuals through our Same Day Access intake process.

From initial screenings and creating records to coordinating appointments, you will help make accessing services easier and more welcoming. The Team Support Specialist is the true anchor of the Same Day Access intake flow.
