VP, Assistant General Counsel

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Assistant General Counsel based in the United States. The VP, Assistant General Counsel will provide strategic legal and regulatory guidance across a broad range of corporate and business matters.

The role will advise senior leaders and business teams on legal risks, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. You will oversee and coordinate litigation while managing relationships with external legal counsel and other stakeholders. The position will play a key role in negotiating commercial agreements and supporting complex transactions and corporate initiatives.
