Key Responsibilities

Perform routine vehicle maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements Diagnose and troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle problems accurately Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding service needs and recommendations Document all work performed accurately in the service management system Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in automotive repair or maintenance preferred Inspection/emissions license preferred Knowledge of automotive systems and components Ability to use diagnostic tools and basic hand tools effectively Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
