What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll help create memorable experiences by: Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care. Building strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and satisfaction. Serving as a key contact for customer feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives.

Analyzing customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Supporting and coaching team members on customer service best practices. Assisting leadership in implementing action plans that improve customer satisfaction. Promoting a positive, customer-focused culture throughout the location. Ensuring compliance with company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of customer service experience. Experience supporting operational and sales functions. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to influence and collaborate with others. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
