911 Systems Coordinator

Administrative and technical work assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Enhanced 9-1-1 Telephone System for Seminole County. Manages the 9-1-1 Network Database and 9-1-1 call routing. Ensures database integrity of Address Location Information (ALI) in the 9-1-1 System. Evaluates, researches, and resolves technical issues in the total County-Wide 9-1-1 Network.

Provides direction to internal and external entities and individuals regarding 9-1-1 Network operations and requirements.
