As a Territory Sales Manager (Outside Sales), you’ll be the face of Arnold in your assigned region, building relationships, driving sales, and delivering our signature Silver Service to every customer. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Management Develop and grow your customer base; maintain and update monthly Deliver professional sales presentations and follow up to close deals Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from customers Provide financial counseling/marketing support to customers as needed Execute a marketing plan tailored to your assigned territory Submit monthly account activity reports Strategic & Aftermarket Sales Plan and execute marketing strategies to maximize territory coverage Contact existing and prospective customers to increase aftermarket sales Support delivery and setup of equipment as needed Administrative & Other Duties Perform data entry and maintain organized records Keep workspace clean and presentable Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Agricultural background preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Clean driving record Able to lift and carry 50–80 lbs Comfortable with extended travel Physical Requirements Sit, stand, bend, and move frequently—including on uneven terrain Use phone and computer regularly for communication and documentation Climb in and out of equipment Lift, carry, and move equipment or tools as needed Benefits $2,000 Signing Bonus Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays 100% company-paid medical coverage for you and your family Dental and vision insurance 401(k) and Roth retirement plans with company match Quarterly and annual bonus programs Company stock awarded to associates with 5+ years of service Additional Information This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive; duties may be adjusted as needed.
