Weekend Customer Service Representative | Friday - Monday 8pm to 7am

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Operations Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment activity. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless transportation experience by providing real-time updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication across all parties involved.

The first 2-3 weeks will be standard Monday

• Friday 8am to 5pm for training. Once training is complete, the schedule will be Friday, Saturday, Sunday + Monday, 8pm to 7am Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipments Provide accurate and timely updates on load status Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery to ensure on-time performance Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and internal teams Resolve service issues quickly and professionally Maintain and update shipment information within internal systems Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and sense of urgency Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach Track and Trace Some Carrier sales Carrier portal We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
