We’re looking for a confident, dependable LPN Charge Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced long-term care environment and takes pride in guiding a strong team. What You’ll Do: Lead and supervise CNA staff on your assigned unit Administer medications and treatments Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes Ensure care plans are followed and documented accurately Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and team members What We’re Looking For: Active Missouri LPN license Long-term care experience preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Positive, team-oriented attitude
