Your day‑to‑day Reporting to the Managing Partner and working closely with other professionals within the firm, you will act with autonomy and rigor on high‑value mandates, including: Commercial real estate matters; Commercial and corporate financing; Transactional matters; Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation; Legal analysis and the delivery of legal opinions.

You will represent a diverse business clientele on interesting, complex, and intellectually stimulating files , within a healthy and motivating work environment. Profile sought Member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec; Experience in: Commercial real estate; Business law / financing; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proven ability to work independently; Knowledge of Juris.
