Production Manager I

The Production Manager is responsible for leading and developing a manufacturing team to achieve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and customer service objectives. This role drives continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce waste, improve processes, and optimize resources through data analysis and structured problem-solving.

The Production Manager establishes priorities and performance goals, supports employee training and development, manages attendance and staffing needs, and ensures effective communication across the organization. This position works closely with internal and external customers and suppliers while supporting capital investment initiatives and maintaining compliance with company standards, policies, and values.
