About the job

As a Style Advisor, you welcome customers, support them with fit and styling advice, and help create a relaxed, well-organised shop-floor experience. You enjoy moving between customers, product advice, fitting-room support and daily store tasks. Good to know Location: Vienna Hours: You are available either 20 or 38 hours Weekend: Available to work on Saturdays Salary: The collective-agreement minimum salary for this position is €2,251 gross per month Start date: ASAP What you’ll do as Style Advisor Welcome customers warmly, engage with them and inform them about our brand and store concept – every customer feels welcome from the moment they step in; Advise customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection, and offer inspiring styling advice as a complimentary extra service; Run the checkout process: recording item prices and totals, handling cash and cashless payments, issuing receipts; Receive, record and tag deliveries, replenish the sales floor and wrap purchases professionally; Process online orders and returns according to clear guidelines; Implement visual merchandising guidelines precisely and keep the store impeccable inside and out; Offer the extra service that makes the difference – pinning trousers for the tailor, offering coffee or refreshments.

What you bring Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded – also patient, flexible and presentable; You easily connect with people and the customer is always your number one priority; You have a passion for styling and are not afraid to offer alternative products; Affinity with fashion and retail, enthusiastic about MR MARVIS – experience in hospitality or retail is a plus; Strong communicator who genuinely listens; Very good command of German and a good command of English.
