Preconstruction Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a Pre-Construction Coordinator to manage all incoming bid invitations, ensuring timely review, accurate document organization, and proper routing of projects. This role plays a critical part in maintaining an organized bid process by monitoring the bid notification inbox throughout the day, reviewing project documents, maintaining the bid calendar, and ensuring all files and communications are correctly saved and named.

Primary Responsibilities: Receive selected Bid Invites Manage HCSS pre-con from beginning to Bid result Set up Bid Folder Download Plans Review plans for pertinent quote request Send out supplier quote request Receive quote request. Place in quote folder Coordinate with estimators, project managers, and vendors Qualifications: 3+ years in pre-con, estimating, or project coordination Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to create, update, and manage scope-defined project calendars Strong organizational, communication and project management skills Experience in underground utilities pre-con preferred Bilingual is a plus Work Environment This is a full-time, on-site position.

Day shift, Monday through Friday.
