Diesel Technician - $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Join a team that keeps our community moving! We’re hiring a Diesel Technician to maintain and repair school buses and company vehicles. If you're experienced, safety-focused, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Maintain, repair, and overhaul school buses and fleet vehicles per FMCSA guidelines.

Champion the adoption of cutting-edge EV maintenance practices and technology. Perform inspections, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance. Tune engines, align wheels, and maintain electrical systems to meet DOT standards. Replace worn parts, change filters, and perform oiling/greasing. Test drive vehicles post-repair to ensure safety and performance.

Conduct minor bodywork and repainting as needed. Track parts usage, manage inventory, and order supplies. Report safety concerns and corrective actions. Mentor junior technicians and assist where needed Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring: Experience in diesel engine repair and vehicle maintenance. Familiarity with FMCSA and DOT safety standards.

Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Leadership skills and willingness to train others.
