We are seeking a friendly and efficient Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at our luxurious resort in Constance Moofushi, Maldives. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout their stay. Clean and tidy guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards Make beds, change linens, and replenish room amenities daily Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as required Dust and polish furniture and fixtures Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries Maintain the confidentiality and security of guest rooms and belongings Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day Friendly and customer-focused attitude Good interpersonal and communication skills in English Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safe handling of cleaning chemicals Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies Ability to work both independently and as part of a team WORK WITH CONSTANCE 🌿 Join a team where well-being, career development, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.
