Job description
The Factory Planner is responsible for managing factory loading, capacity planning, demand fulfillment, and subcontractor operations to ensure optimal supply chain performance and delivery execution. The role coordinates forecast alignment, capacity planning, and resource allocation with OSATs and internal stakeholders while supporting new product introductions (NPI) and business growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities include
balancing supply and demand, monitoring capacity utilization and cycle time performance, managing subcontractor logistics and material flows, driving issue resolution, supporting billing and cost control activities, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams to mitigate supply risks and ensure operational excellence.
As a senior level professional, the Factory Planner is expected to work independently, manage complex planning scenarios, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive strategic improvements in factory planning, capacity management, and supply chain execution.
