Lead Event Producer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Acts as event generalist within focus area, providing support, information, and guidance to event production team and customers.
2. Focuses on customer support, applying best practices, and strategic event analysis to ensure appropriate use of resources.
3. Listens to, learns from, and engages with division, SMEs, and others to ensure needs are met.
4. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
5. Understand. Create. Simplify.
6. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

• Event Production related degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years’ experience coordinating events.
• Demonstrated event planning expert among peers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and department-specific software.
• Excellent organization and customer service skills.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel.
• Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
• Negative drug test result(s).
