About the Role

We are seeking exceptional, service-driven individuals who don’t just serve tables - they own the guest experience. Our Riverboat Servers are: Performers of hospitality who engage, anticipate, and delight Ambassadors of Savannah who bring the story of the river to life Greeting, engaging, and serving guests with confidence, personality, and efficiency Knowledgeable on alcoholic drinks, or willing to learn Anticipating guest needs before they’re spoken Team players who elevate the entire crew.

Even in high-volume service Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system Handling payments and onboard purchases with professionalism What We’re Looking For We’re looking for individuals who hold themselves to a higher standard of professionalism and performance: Energetic, charismatic, and guest-obsessed personality A natural ability to connect with people and create memorable moments Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required (GED) 1+ year of serving or customer service experience preferred Basic computer/POS skills Polished appearance and grooming standards are required Punctuality and reliability are non-negotiable A passion for excellence and continuous improvement is expected Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time (5+ hours) Ability to lift and carry furniture, dishes, and supplies (including up stairs) Availability to work weekends, evenings, and some major holidays Must be able to reliably commute to Downtown Savannah, GA (River St.)
