Lab Technician

The Laboratory Technician plays an important role in ensuring the quality and food safety of our flour and grain products. This position performs routine testing, maintains laboratory equipment and records, coordinates samples with external laboratories, and supports food safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Laboratory Technician works closely with mill and elevator operations to identify and report quality or food safety concerns while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment.
