With safety and ethics at the core of everything we do, our experienced professionals are hard at work on commercial and industrial sites throughout the Midwest. The Position: Assist with project scheduling, coordination, budgets, progress reports, and weekly project schedules. Support quantity reporting, cost tracking, labor budgets, and material scheduling.

Communicate with Construction Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain project updates. Assist with material requisitions, project documentation, and general project administration. Participate in jobsite visits and observe construction activities, progress, and quality. Assist with addressing project delays, weather impacts, and other jobsite challenges.

Support site safety efforts and participate in owner, subcontractor, and project meetings. Assist with quality control and building positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and project team members.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Self-starter and ability to work independently. Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
