Founding Account Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage legal technology company as its Founding Account Executive. You will help build the sales motion for AI-enabled commercial legal services and work directly with customers to support growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and execute the company's sales strategy for commercial legal services.
• Build relationships with prospective customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Identify customer needs and explain how AI-enabled legal services can support contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
• Help establish repeatable sales processes and contribute to the company's early go-to-market efforts.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in account executive or business development roles, ideally in legal technology, legal services, or B2B software.
• Ability to build customer relationships and manage sales conversations from initial outreach through close.
• Comfort working in an early-stage environment and helping shape sales processes.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS Base salary: $150,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship information was not provided. LOCATION On-site in San Francisco, United States.
