We’re looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our AI-powered offerings. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to define and deliver exceptional solutions that meet the evolving needs of startups, MSMEs, and enterprise clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's goals and market demands. Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.

Collaborate with enterprise, MSME, and startup customers to gather insights and ensure the product aligns with their unique needs. Execution & Delivery Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.

Data-Driven Decisions Define and track product performance metrics (KPIs) to assess success and drive continuous improvement. Leverage data and analytics to refine the user experience and product performance. Customer-Centric Focus Advocate for customer needs and act as the voice of the user. Conduct product demos and gather actionable feedback to iterate and improve.

Requirements

Experience 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, AI, or B2B platforms. Proven track record of managing and delivering complex products in a fast-paced environment. Skills & Expertise Strong understanding of AI technologies, marketplaces, and SaaS solutions. Proficient in creating product roadmaps, defining user stories, and prioritizing features.

Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar project/product management tools. Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Nice to Have

Experience working with AI models, plugins, or workflows. Prior experience with startups or scaling B2B businesses.
