Fleamasters Flea Market is looking for reliable, observant, and professional Security Team Members to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our guests, sellers, and employees. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, and is comfortable working independently.

You will serve as a visible presence throughout the property, assist visitors, monitor activity, and respond professionally when concerns arise. What You’ll Do Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property. Greet guests and assist with directions or general questions. Patrol buildings, parking areas, entrances, and outdoor spaces by foot and golf cart.

Monitor and document vehicles and individuals entering the property. Respond to incidents, emergencies, disturbances, and safety concerns. Help de-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally. Report suspicious activity, hazards, or security concerns. Complete incident reports and daily activity logs. Perform routine checks of gates, doors, and perimeter areas.

Follow all company safety and security procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to successfully complete a background check. Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills. Professional and customer-focused when interacting with guests and sellers.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in challenging situations. Previous security, customer service, military, or public-safety experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to patrol a large property by foot or golf cart.

Ability to bend, reach, climb, and respond quickly when needed. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
