Business Development Lead

Clifton is seeking an experienced, strategic, and relationship-focused Business Development Professional based in British Columbia to lead major pursuit efforts and support continued growth across Western Canada. In this role, you will develop and execute client engagement strategies, identify and advance new opportunities, support proposal and pursuit development, and strengthen Clifton’s visibility and brand presence in BC, while collaborating with teams supporting growth throughout the region.

The ideal candidate combines strong business development acumen with relationship management expertise, market insight, and a solid understanding of professional services in the engineering, construction, and mining sectors.
