Position: Customer Support Representative – Betting Project (German & English) Responsibilities: Provide customer support for an online betting platform. Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and offline messaging. Assist customers with account-related questions and platform services.

Requirements

German: Minimum B2 level English: Minimum B1 level Good communication and problem-solving skills. Working Hours: 24/7 operation with shifts based on German time. Live chat support until midnight. Offline message support between 00:00 and 09:00 (German time).
