Business Excellence Manager

Purpose of the Role We are seeking a Business Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement, standardisation and operational performance across the business. Working closely with operational leaders, the Innovation Manager and the Head of Business Change, you will help improve productivity, delivery certainty and business performance by ensuring lessons learned, best practice and effective processes are consistently applied across our projects, frameworks and functions.

This is a key leadership role focused on helping us continually improve how we work, enabling predictable, efficient and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Business Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across MWH Treatment. Drive process optimisation and standardisation to improve consistency, efficiency and delivery performance. Analyse performance data, trends and operational feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools that support informed decision-making.

Capture and share lessons learned and best practice across projects, regions and functions. Support the development and improvement of business management systems, standards and governance processes. Partner with operational leaders to deliver measurable performance, productivity and margin improvements. Provide strategic insight and performance reporting to senior leadership teams.
