Andy Mohr Buick GMC is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team! As a Service Advisor, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, helping customers understand their vehicle’s needs while coordinating repairs and maintenance with our technicians. Competitive annual earning potential of $75,000–$100,000 401(k) retirement plan 401(k) employer matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Full-time opportunity with an established dealership team KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly service experience Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and repair needs Review vehicle condition and identify recommended maintenance and repair services Explain recommended repairs, maintenance needs, and associated costs clearly Prepare accurate service estimates and obtain customer authorization before work begins Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow Keep customers informed of repair progress, delays, and vehicle completion timelines Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally Maintain accurate customer records, service histories, estimates, and repair documentation Work closely with technicians and other service department team members to deliver quality service and maximize customer satisfaction QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer preferred Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems Familiarity with automotive service, auto body repair, and suspension components Knowledge of automotive repair terminology, maintenance procedures, and diagnostic recommendations Experience writing service orders and preparing repair estimates Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly manner Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction JOIN THE ANDY MOHR BUICK GMC TEAM!
