00/hour guaranteed base pay Guaranteed 45-hour work weeks during mowing season Overtime included in weekly pay Consistent weekly income even during slower weather periods Guaranteed Weekly Base Pay Approximately: $760/week guaranteed In addition to guaranteed hourly pay, crews participate in a weekly production bonus program.
