ACDS, Inc., a respected Non-Profit in Plainview, Long Island, New York, is in need of Day Habilitation Specialists for its Adult Services program.

The Day Habilitation Specialist is responsible for providing personal care and skill development training for individuals with developmental disabilities in a manner that maximizes personal choice, rights, dignity and community inclusion. $250 sign on bonus is being offered to New Day Habilitation Specialists, payable after completing 90 days in Good Standing.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities. Direct Care experience preferred. Must maintain valid NY State driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
