Heavy Wrecker Operator Buena Vista, CO | Full time | On-site Run heavy towing and recovery for an established, owner-operated towing company that has served the Upper Arkansas Valley for 25 years. You'll handle heavy calls across a five-county area, including mountain passes over 10,000 feet. Housing is available for operators commuting in from out of the area.

What you'll do

Operate the company's heavy wrecker on towing and recovery calls. Recover stuck and disabled trucks on mountain passes, including in winter conditions. Chain up and work safely in snow and ice. Tow disabled trucks 100 to 150 miles to repair facilities. Respond to night callouts when they come in.

What you'll bring

At least two years of heavy wrecker experience. Winter and mountain driving and recovery experience, including chaining up. A CDL appropriate for heavy wrecker operation.
